Service was average. Couldn't tell me why my 1 month old chainsaw was stalling, just serviced it to fix it. I'd prefer to either know if I did something wrong or get it fixed under warranty.
i dont remember the name of the lady who helped me on the phone but she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Great service.
Ive dealt with both Mike and Tony several times in the past few weeks. Great guys that really help where ever they can.
New Management. As I'm always chasing something for my Husqvarna chainsaw it's good to be dealing with prompt, efficient & accurate service.
New owner was nice and helpfull but not the same for the mechanic out the back ,what a rude no all ,never again .

The owner Murray is very rude he is the sort to not want to fix anything but yet tell u your stuff is wrecked and has no idea what he was on about I won’t be going back there nor will I recommend to anyone with a husky to go to you I will suggest any where but your shop you won’t be rude to paying customers for long mate.
