Dropped my dishwasher off on a Wednesday and was kindly told it would probably be ready next Tuesday. Paid the inspection fee. I called the following Friday to check on progress- No answer. I called the following Friday, left message and got a callback sounding cranky, but OK. They'd been under them pump with call-outs and would get to it on a first in first out basis. I think OK, no worries. I call 2 weeks later- They haven't called because they haven't got to it yet. First come first served, but they say now washing machines are higher priority, so I can wait or take it somewhere else- sounding short and rude. I say I want it fixed please- they've had it a month now. Call me. After 10 weeks still haven't heard from them.
