Substituted medications when specifically told not to. When called out on it, attempted to pass the blame onto us. Unprofessional and flagrantly disgusting attitude. If you don't have the right medications, do NOT put customers lives at risk, just say so. Surely customers right to live outweighs the pharmacy's desire to make a few bucks?

I was humiliated by a very rude female pharmacist who breached my privacy and phoned both of my doctors without my permission. Then whilst basking in her glory she forgot to issue a receipt I asked for and i had to remind her.. I'll never return to this terrible pharmacy. Anyway I get much better service from The Chemist Warehouse and it's cheaper too!!!

Highly recommend as you don't wait long for scripts. Prices are as competitive as bigger warehouse pharmacies but you actually get customer service at Priceline.
