One of my best experience as a customer. Thanks to Kathmandu store Shepparton you guys are amazing. Today I went in with a pair of shoes I bought 7 month ago which got discoloured due to some reason. The guys at the store were very welcoming and helped me to replace the product and full refund. They were very understanding and happy to service. Now this is called amazing and they made my day. Cheers guys you guys are the best.

Staff are friendly and willing to help, but really nothing in here is worth the ridiculous prices in my opinion. The significant prices aren't proportionate to the quality of their clothing.
