I got a lady who was nice. This review is not about her but the lady who worked with her on the 15th April 10Am to 12pm onwards. The last who did my nails was polite and welcoming. The other lady who tried to rip me off was rude and looked like she just got out of bed. The lady who did my nails had a “family” tattoo on her hand ( just to be clear) I got a mani and pedi both shellac and was happy with my service, I got up to leave and pay. I asked how much the woman responded 90, I was happy to pay this, I asked for a receipt she then said “ no paper sorry” I was not happy with her attitude to start off with so I checked my account and she charged me 95 lol.. I go back and say “ hey you’ve over charged me? She rolled her eyes and gave me 5 cash. Please stop this type of behaviour it’s essentially theft. Be aware of this business Shep market place near Woolworths

They didn’t pay attention to how they cut the fake nails and I went to my nan (does peoples nails herself) to get the stuff off my nails and she soaked them for over 30 minutes and takes the tinfoil off to find that my pinky nail was cracked all the way across so not only gonna err my nails uneven and crooked pointing up, one of them was cracked completely. Don’t recommend at all, was dirty and unhygienic too because they had old nails on the floors and reused the filler things on the machine like I watched the lady take one off the machine after using it on my friend and then the lady doing my nails put the exact same one right onto the machine to do mine.
I highly don't recommend here. DO NOT GO THERE! why? as you see below two photos I uploaded, their service is horrible and compared to other nail shops their work done is the lowest ever!! seriously if someone wants waste of your money then go
Nails came out really nice and priced reasonably but they don't turn people away when there's no space and makes everyone held up and have to wait longer
I booked for a 2pm appointment was greeted at the door and sat straight down I showed the girl a photo of what nails I wanted she did an amazing job they're quite cheap with Lovley service 100% recommend
Went in yesterday to get acrylics and the guy was really rough, he filed my fingers and broke the skin. Would rate it 0/5 stars but that’s not an option.... when I requested a refund or compensation for the damage it was refused\u200d️ Won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.
Worst nail salon ever. Had sns nails removed. Because of the layer of acrylic they are meant to be soaked off. Instead the guy literally grabs a false nail tip and pries it inbetween my real nail and the acrylic. I said no please soak them off. Barely speaking a word of english he says "no this how we do". I would have walked out then and there but had to have the nails removed before i start my new job tomorrow and wouldnt get into a decent place before then. So i had to sit there through an extremely painful removal and have my natural nails absolutely destroyed.
Got my nails done and pedicure done here I now have an infected big left toe due to being cut and also didn't get what I asked for on my nails
