The service that we received at shepparton Hyundai was over and above. It was exceptional from being driven up to the centre of town. Also heating up my 92 yo fathers lunch and also kept us informed to what was happening with the car. Also explained our warranty to us again. I would certainly recommend shepparton Hyundai to anyone.

Called to order a part. Person was going to call back. Never got a call. Went to Cobram Hyundai, worth the drive. Have had significant issues in past with service and sales staff. Maybe got too spoiled by Ken Muston!

The Team at Shepparton Hyundai are in my experience exstemly helpful and give great customer service . My Hyundai accent , is always cleaned and vacuumed , after every service , also the curticy bus is always made available , if you are staying in town until car pickup , you can always have a good yarn , with the friendly driver . Hyundai have always done their best to help , through their brokers , if you are experiencing any financial hardships , as we all do at times . Thankyou to the Team

A fairly underwhelming experience from first contact to last, left us feeling like there were plenty of better options locally. Left waiting in showroom for 10 minutes after appointment was confirmed by a national call centre. Follow up by call centre didn't really change our feelings.

Customer service is not important to this lot or doing the job right! We were told on the Monday of week 1 when car was dropped off (fix faulty hand brake) they would call at 2pm with update, no return call and when we called them told it was ready to pick up however they neglected to mention it wasn't fixed. It turns out they needed a part which and on the Tuesday they expected it to arrive by end of the week. Once again had to call them on Friday to find out what was happening and advised that I should call their spare parts division......really! The service devision could not call their spare parts of the same company on the same site for an update! After much discussion, finally service guy agreed to do this and actually called back to be advised it should arrive by Wednesday. In the mean time relative over from Melbourne to assist with dropping off car, waiting for this elusive part to come. Tues of 2nd week and still no part. Called their spare parts who said they'd call back with update since they couldn't find the order, still waiting. My relative had to call Hyundai head office for the arrival date of part. Yes it will arrive Thursday...9 working days later.....delivered from within Australia! FINALLY handbrake was replaced with new part HOWEVER they did not adjust it so it wasn't engaging. Had to take it elsewhere to get that done. In conclusion they are USELESS. Can't follow up and track shipments, can't call their customers and can't do the job right. We wonder why car companies are struggling in this climate....this is why!
