Best mechanic so far, very reasonable cost and customer service is great. Got my elgrand service today and very happy for the honesty, cheap price. Getting the replacement even for a import car like mine very quick so definitely the same with others. Will make this my go to mechanic from now on.

Quality services and friendly staffs
Our car started having issues on a hot Friday evening and GV Auto were super helpful. They towed our car within 15 minutes of calling them and were super efficient and good value. Our car was fixed by the next morning whereas our usual roadside assistance said they wouldn't be able to look at the car until Monday. Other mechanics could have easily ripped us off but the guys at GV Auto were honest and didn't do any unnecessary and expensive repairs. They got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I popped into GV Auto unannounced with a serious issue with my car dragging a splash guard along the ground, and as l was heading to Melbourne l really needed someone to fix it on the spot. GV Auto jumped straight in and fixed it whilst l waited, without hesitation. Their action overted the potential for a more serious issue occurring, such as a car fire and lm sp thankful. The service here is extraordinary. Thanks guys!
I was very happy with the service provided by GV Auto! A good honest country mechanic. They provided me with a vehicle pre purchase inspection and were super friendly, reasonably priced and most importantly great communicators. They did an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle and pointed out all of the potential issues as well as the positives of the car. They ran through it all with me over the phone afterwards as well as taking photographs and noting down their findings. They then helped run through the pros and cons with me and assisted me to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend these competent and experienced mechanics for all your motor needs.

Took my car to GV Auto because regular mechanic was not open on a public holiday. Seemed very rushed and disorganised, poor at communicating what they were doing and how long it would take. They got me back on the road, but missed some crucial issues (leaking fuel injectors - simple o-ring fix in the end) and charged an arm and a leg.
