Okay so I was working in the area and had a broken drivers side mirror called them up they said they had one in stock and to bring the car in. I get there they say the break lines have been recalled it will take an hour to fix I’m like okay no worries don’t want dodgy breaks, 3 hours later the car comes out with a broken mirror still turns out they didn’t have one in stock and have to order one in. I end up leaving the area without a new mirror so the next place I’m in I book my car in to get serviced and the mirror changed they said they called the fleet company and Darryl Twitt has charged for the mirror and they wouldn’t pay again so I call them they said they would refund the fleet company I’ve had to call them 4 times now and still no refund!!!! What a joke.

Sells a used car and if a major fault goes wrong within a month, won't even attempt to help, even if you drop 8000. Don't bother with them if you want a long lasting car

Rob has been an amazing salesperson. He gave me a discount, time to sort my personal finances, freebies and a full tank of gas. What more can you ask for? The process has been very smooth and I loved how professional and welcoming they are. Lachlan was also in charge of our finances which I has done all the paper work who was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Do not under circumstances take your CAR to this dealer, To date they, broke the clips on my front bumper, left scratches throughout my interior. Left my windows down and filled my interior with dirt. I was told my car on 5 different occasions my car was complete! The timing was out and they put the wrong spark plugs in my car. Meanwhile this is a brand new car!!!!!!! Incompetence at its finest. The rude, unprofessional manager made me feel like it was me complaining about nothing! You damaged my brand new car! Now I am left to fix your mistakes.
