Would never go there again. I went to get my tyres changed as I got a flat tyre at bunnings. So thought I'd get all done as have weekly trips to Melbourne for my husbands chemo. Told 1 1/2 hrs and so I walked to do my shopping. Came back in 1 1/2 hrs after lugging my shopping with me thinking they should almost be finnished. And they had not even started. Said it will be at least another hour or more. They did apologize and said they didn't know how they miss managed their time. As I needed to get home to my terminal husband and terminal disabled son. And planned to be home when my son woke up as my husband isn't well enough to do things and can't change nappies. So had to go to Bridgestone instead who squeezed me in and gave me a better deal on tyres. Was in tears and so frustrated as I didn't need this as I have my own disability too. Thank you soo much Bridgestone.

I called on a Saturday morning driving through from NSW to Vic, after some decent rain I realised my tyres weren't up for wet highway driving. Right from when I called Guys were super helpful! They managed to squeeze me in, and I got a great Price on 4 18" Pirelli's. The Free coffee machine in waiting area was a bonus as I had alot of kms ahead of me, will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Boys for your great service, I'll be back for some rims soon!

Booked in to have a puncture repaired in a rear tyre. Same day appointment arranged. Sorted within the hour at no charge. Will 100% be back to purchase tyres when they are due to be replaced. Fantastic Customer Service.
