Nice clean showroom, helpful staff. Loads of nice tiles and bathroom on display. Makes me wish I had a bathroom to renovate. There is some nice things out there these days. Went for a job interview but was made feel pretty dumb and useless and was looked up and down and told we dress respectable around here. So this review may change and have more added to it with how things went when being interviewed.

Prompt service and good prices
Selected some tiles for splashback but wasn't sure total mtrs I needed, salesperson said u can measure & can hold for me, I told her I will give call back very soon... I went and measured & honestly gave a call less than 10mins later, was told they sold them to another customer now... Was totally disgusted... Very terrible & disrespectful way to treat a customer just to make 220... Shameful!

Great help and friendly staff
Long story short, we bought some tiles from the Hoppers Crossing branch and found them to be absolutely useless. We got the remainder of our order from Shepparton, and what a difference. These guys set the bench mark for customer service. I don't care about paying the extra freight when the service level is so good. Thanks again!
