The star rating does not reflect how I was treated. For 5 months I never saw the lady i was meant to be dealing with. They missed about 6 phone appointments, and I never even started looking for work. The Wollongong reviews are more in line with this office. Appalling really...
After every experience at the various max offices in the Campbelltown area being absolutely disgusting to say the very least, It was a welcomed shock to visit the Shellharbour office for my first time today and feel welcomed by friendly smiling staff who were engaging, helpful and didn’t leave me feeling like I’d inconvenienced them by “forcing” them to work. Honestly couldn’t fault their professionalism, but more importantly their manner in which they treat anyone who walked through their door. Lovely people who I feel thoroughly did what their job entails, and asked how they could do more to help. That was definitely a new experience for me, and a much appreciated one at that.
