staff stood around gossiping. boxes half unpacked blocking isles. I was the only person in store and after hunting up and down the isles looking for the genre I was after. gave up . finally approached the two female staff but had to wait . I felt I was disturbing their private social time. no customer service at all.

The staff are very polite and always up for a good chat. Their ability to resolve an issue a customer has is exceptional
I love sanity because I can get every movie I ask for with no problems.
I went there & the lady behind the counter sold me the wrong DVD & I had to go back the next day to correct it. That's why it get's 2 stars.

Convenient location near main entrance where the bus bay is. Well set up with plenty of stock and friendly helpful staff.
Great when you don't want the hassle of the big shopping centres but still have the shops you need.
