Sales person Michelle is always so helpful and remembers us whenever we go in. She's cheery and knowledgeable about the products. Only down fall to the company is its not all Australian made

This is how customer service should be. Spot on, and great quality clothing. Cant find these old school classic denim Jean's anywhere else but here.

Suffered quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever encountered at *any* retail store before. I feel as if I was sized up, evaluated and had my wealth assessed from the moment I had entered the store, having been dressed in a plaid jacket/jumper though with good money to spend (since it was a family tradition to, once one has started working, spend their entire first paycheck [and some change] on a good pair of comfortable working boots). After having had the staff ignore me for about 20 minutes, I was finally given the opportunity inquire about a pair of boots that I had been eyeing up for a few days at that point, only to be rudely redirected to the catalog with all of my questions left unanswered, as if I didn't know how much a pair of quality boots costed. Beyond disappointed with this store in particular and, suffice to say, will be receiving no recommendations from me. I'll be visiting other branches of the chain in the near future sporting the same plaid jacket - let's hope this poor, judgmental attitude isn't endemic to all R.M. Williams stores nationally.
