A place with a sauna, float tank and cryo all under one roof. Michelle is super helpful and lovely. It was my first sauna and cryo treatment. It was amazing. I was very surprised how good my lower back felt and the extra movement I had immediately after my treatment. This will definitely be a regular for me. Definitely worth a try.
