Received great customer service here last night. Cody ( I think that was her name) went above and beyond to call another store to see if she could find the product we were looking for. Very friendly and efficient and nothing was a bother.

Went to get School shoes for my son, they had shoes advertised 2 pairs for 80 or 49 each. They couldn't supply 2 pairs so I asked for a discount to make the difference as I felt it is false advertising. The Manager came out and said quite bluntly that there was nothing he could do and walked away. I took my business to another shoe shop and actually found a better deal. Won't be giving my hard earned back to this store in future.

Love City Beach Shellharbour. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful no matter how much of a nuisance I can be with all my questions haha. The clothes are fantastic and I love when they have their sales, you can really pick up some great bargains. The good thing is, that their variety of products is huge. So much to choose from here. Another plus is if they don't have what you want in store, most likely you'll be able to get it online or maybe even from the Wollongong store so you very rarely miss out on an item you really want. This is one of my favourite stores to shop at. If I worked in retail, this would be my shop of choice to work at. 5 stars all the way. Keep up the good work guys.

Was in this shop for half an hour this morning, not one staff member offered assistance the entire time. Didn't even receive a single greeting, for some reason the staff members just looked at you like frightened rabbits if they saw you browsing, not even a single smile! It was super awkward and bit weird. Change rooms were unmonitored/there was no assistance and after wandering into the change rooms I accidentally opened the door on another customer who was trying on clothes with the door unlocked because I didn't know they were in there. After trying on clothes there was no assistance or offering to help with sizes, I didn't know the protocol for putting things back so I just awkwardly did it myself. Had better service aftwards at Surf, Dive n Ski, won't be hurrying back to this store.

The staff are incredibly rude and disengaging. I used to love the franchise but now I avoid it all costs. It wouldn’t kill you to be nice to the customers.

Terrible service as in there is none !!! I have been in this shop quite a few times and every single time I have had to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes to be served, this time there where two women at the cash register, trying to figure out something with the computer, totally ignoring the line up of customers, I understand that computers can have issues but eventually one of them jumped on the other computer to start serving, no apologies nothing, then proceeded to go extremely slow, so clearly the problem was not with all registers, so why wouldn’t they have stopped straight away to serve their customers that pay their wages !!! There are 3 registers and I counted 4 staff but still just one register was used even though there was a line up ! This happens every single time, I’m done with them, I will go to beach street instead where the service is always top notch, and they are always happy to help.
