Disappointing customer service I have bought a 500 item online which was faulty after a few days. However, not Shaver shops bad. But the customer service the shaver shop was offering is disappointing.I contacted shaver shop twice, but to summaries it, I did not get the post label I was promised to be able to post the product back to shaver shop. I had to come to the Chatswood branch to exchange the product, which is quite a hassle for me, and that's why I shop online. Until everything was sorted, the time has passed. I have got a new product, but back home, I did not like to use the product anymore. Reading through shaver shops Return Policy, I understood you offer a change of mind return option. So I contacted the shaver shop support, but nobody did replay. Again, I made my way to the Chatswood branch and asked to return the sealed and unopened product. The answer was NO. Because I exchanged the first faulty product already, which was used and unsealed. The salesperson was very quick in telling me that there was no return option for me, so I asked to speak to the manager. But sadly, the manager also said, that he can't do anything for me. The product I wanted to return was unopened and still sealed! I believe that the store could have taken the product back if they wanted to, but decided to leave an unsatisfied customer behind, which already was troubled to come to the branch twice. Altogether, this is not what I expect from a shopping experience nowadays, especially when there are so many shops to choose from.

Extremely poor and totally bad customer service. The staff is too rude and she definately will deny if you have a problem with some products that you purchased via online shop. The lady claimed that this store is franchise of 'shaver shop', so the store has no duty to handle any problems when you have an issue with the products which you purchaed through the website named as 'Shaver Shop' However the head office of 'Shaver Shop' mentioned that the customer brings faulty products to any stores of 'Shaver Shop' nearest to your area. She definately made a lie and she told me her name is 'Dri**' Finally she did it, but I have got a trauma for it and still waiting for new product that will be delivered within 12 business days she said. Very unpleasant and terrible experience.
The products are good, the sales guy was pushing hard on the more expensive brands so that for me was a bit annoying. The prices are good though so I did buy the model I wanted.
Good range, seems to be competitive and the staff member knowledge was good. I bought!
Simple shaver purchase turned into a good laugh with the friendly staff member. Very efficient, good range. If ya got hair, this the place for ya.
