Had my eyebrows and lip threaded. I went in for a tidy up, first time ever. She took half my tails off and my lip has 4 huge cysts on it. One eyebrow is cut shorter than the other in height and length. I look completely different! It’s awful. Never go here. And it was incredibly painful.

It’s a beautiful place with beautiful hearts . Shipra u r gorgeous. Her work is highly recommended. I use to go there , she is very soft spoken , friendly and very helpful. I recommend everyone to go there. She is really very good in her skills .
Went in to get my eyebrows waxed, shaped and tinted . When I layed down she started trimming my eyebrows without removing my makeup first, then she removed it when I mention it and then waxed them, after she put tint on and went out the room for 5 mins (pretty sure u tint first before waxing so u can shape them better) came back in wiped tint of and the plucked missed hairs and then THREADED THEM!!!! Didn’t ask for threading... after that she said done!!!! Where’s the soothing lotion ur supposed to put on after waxing them? Got home looked at them so bad uneven and itchy such a bad job !!! Go else where !!
Avoid at all costs. They use piercing guns on cartilages- wrong move there. Also, piercing guns can’t be sterilised. Why are there no safety measures? Don’t be cheap, spend a bit more money and go to a reputable tattoo parlour/piercing parlour where they use sterile needles. This company needs to be looked further into to ensure that all staffs are trained and have authority to provide these services to customers.
I would like to request everyone to not to go to this place even if this is your last option.They have done multiple bruises on my chin area. It was such a painful experience. When i rang owner, she refused to listen to me by saying she will speak to her staff first. Then i went to doctor and showed bruises and got medical certificate. I have complained in fair trading. I will go to tribunal as well if i will need to. I will take this matter further as they cant run a business with untrained staff and unprofessional behaviour.
My wife had waxing done here on 11/04/19. She had half her face burnt. Next day when my wife went to show them what that have done, she got told by the staff that she needs to tell them what type of wax should be used. Does this place have any proper trained and certified workers? After reading all the reviews I am not sure why this place is still open? She had to fight for the refund. This does not solve the long term issues this has caused to my wife. She hasn't been able to go to work or out anywhere. I can assure one thing is that I will be taking this further and make sure this place is audited.
I went into the salon at 4.47 pm on a Sunday for quick eye brow threading. One of the workers there told me and I quote “oh sorry were closed we close 10 minutes early”. Firstly, it’s against consumer law and rights to close prior to your established business hours. Secondly if you do close prior to your fixated business hours you are legally required to display a sign to advise consumers you are not accepting business. I will be taking this further.
