We have been trying for ages to sort out paper jamming on a new printer and we engaged Sharp ABT, Coorparoo to help us. After the service technician tried a second time to diagnose the problem, I was asked to forward information to their service manger. The service manager firstly assumed that we used cheap paper (we don't) and then had a completely dismissive attitude when he realised the machine was not purchased from them. We have now taken our business elsewhere!
