TERRIBLE customer service. I hired them for my wedding last Dec 2019 and had already paid my deposit as per agreement. Towards the end of the year, phoned them to make amendments on my booking and had queries. Staff very rude when phoned to query. Was argumentative on the phone and was not happy with me having these queries. I ended up cancelling the transaction a month before the wedding as I was very unhappy with them and ended up with no booth on my wedding day plus unable to get deposit back. Terrible experience with them.Would not recommend at all.
