In the last 7 years our school has had 5 different RTO’s for various reasons. We have recently signed with Blueprint Career Development and I can already see a long term partnership happening. The support we have received in the first 10 weeks of Term 1 has been nothing like we have received before. The efficient email and physical support has allowed teachers to concentrate on enhancing lesson planning and providing additional support to students rather than focusing on all the administration that comes with VET in schools. The marking of assessments by Blueprint trainers is a real game-changer. Blueprint trainers come to school every fortnight to assist with in-class learning and assessment, as well as attending additional hospitality functions that our school regularly runs. This provides beneficial feedback to our students that is current and compliant with hospitality standards. The included teacher professional development is invaluable as it takes the pressure off staff having to locate currency opportunities in their own time. We look forward to starting our Certificate III Hospitality with Blueprint in Semester 2, and providing students with greater opportunities to gain hospitality qualifications.

Our school has used Blueprint Career Development for nearly 4 years to deliver Certificate II in Hospitality to our Year 11 & 12 students. Everything from their communication, support to both teachers and students, the quality of supplied learning material, feedback to students on assessment, the ease of use of the online training portal, their friendly and professional staff and the hands on training experiences for teacher professional development is absolutely AAA I cannot recommend this training organisation highly enough. I have seen my students grow in knowledge and confidence as they experience success throughout the delivery of this Hospitality course. That couldn't be achieved without great staff and support. Blueprint have become a special part of our school community!
