We are very happy with our blinds. We had them installed as protection against cyclones but have found them very good against the sun. Shadeview Blinds were professional they came to give us a quote when we first approached them and they came and installed the blinds when they were ready.

We are real unbiased customers of Shadeview and both my wife and I are both extremely happy with the work that they did at our home. We constantly get compliments from visitors (and other tradesman here doing work) and we love the new outdoor area we have. Every detail that we raised during the work was carefully listened to and carried out with care and in fact they were the only quote we obtained that came up with a great solution to a pretty tricky problem. The mark of a great business is NOT the price alone - even though we were very happy with the quote obviously. The mark of a great business is the quality, the price, the attention to resolving issues without creating stress for the customer and the willingness - without hesitation - to come over to make an adjustment if required without making you feel bad for asking. I believe in honesty in all our dealings with people and I believe Shadeview will also deal with you in exactly the same way. Just check them out before deciding - we are very happy with the way we were treated. P.S. we are not related to anyone in the company and we are not doing this review because we are mates at all.

1 star because it won't let me give zero. Completely stuffed the back door and took weeks to fit. Front door locks stuffed up within a year and tried to blame locks just had a look myself after second lock broke and can see poor workmanship. Shoddy work at a high price go elsewhere.

.. please do shop around .. there rates are extremely high as compared to other vertical door and security door supplier who gets it manufactured from same parent company .. and they didn’t regard my urgency in this matter .. trying to keep clients satisfaction a priority is the cornerstone of a good business and unfortunately they lack it
