I had a large deck re-built by Sam's Team in December 2019.Matthew(Sam's cousin) was the principle tradesman. I can't rate these guys highly enough.I have had dozens of tradesman over the years working on my house and the quality of work that Matthew did was by far and away the best I have ever seen. They were punctual, affordable, always immediately contactable, polite and professional.The attention to detail was extraordinary and it reflected in the finish product.The new deck looks outstanding and will no doubt out last me. We wanted a small pergola installed our the back of our 1940's semi. It was clear from the measure and quote Sam is an extremely skilled tradesman. Throughout the design and installation Sam knew when to discuss options with me and explained/discussed every step. The completed install was completed to an extremely high standard and included a number of innovative solutions to the problems that are expected in a wonky 1940's structure. Sam cleaned up and maintained a clean site throughout the installation. I would have no hesitation engaging Sam for any gazebo installation especially when a high quality finish is required.
