Brilliant! Extremely prompt service. Cost is reasonable and staff are only too happy to help with any query about my machines. They explained what was wrong with my overlocker but said it would be okay until the next service so they didn't take advantage of me. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a Pfaff sewing machine online....one that I had always wanted and finally found. When it was shipped to me it must have had a rough journey as it wouldnt sew and was shuddering. I took it into Sewing Perfection and the gentleman there was absolutely lovely....he said it was probably something had moved out of alignment in transport and that he would have a look. Although he was busy he phoned me back that afternoon and confirmed it was what he expected. he gave me a great price and wonderful customer service. He had it fixed within a couple of days and phoned me back as soon as it was ready. Having recently moved to Werribee, it was a great welcome to get such good customer service. Sorry I forgot the gentleman's name but I highly recommend his services.
