By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from their "senior" sales executive, very unprofessional towards any inquires you have (ignores your inquiries) and just wants to collect your data (contact number/address etc.), and finally when my inquiries was answered it was nearly x2 the retail price. In my experience with them I would highly recommend to NOT use this service if you are a new customer as they are very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL in their customer services.

HTC Trading is a great supplier for seafoods and also Asian Ingredients, especially rice. We order prawns, scallops, soft shell crabs, mussel, squid, basa fishes, etc. All are so fresh and good quality.
I come across to HTC Trading with great quality seafoods and Asian ingredients such as rice and soy sauces. The delivery drivers are good with friendly and professional. Thanks to have a great services.
