Extremely disappointed with the very bad quality of the machine we bought from them and their customer service. The bad experience started from the beginning when we had to wait few months the supply of our machine as they did not have it in stock. Then, it has been 2 weeks that they have our machine to get repaired and we have not heard anything from them. We asked them a loan machine and no answer. Because of this situation we currently loose money due to our products who cannot be vacuum packed. I do not recommend this business.
