Check the paints before you leave. I bought some to get home to find that it was dry in the bottom. I returned it to find the new owner would rather dig his heels in over apologising and swapping it straight out. Old owner was way better. Not worth the hassle.

Grubby area full of trades vans, absolutely no parking. Location totally unsuitable for vehicles, access door is totally unwelcoming. This is what online shopping does to business.

It was difficult to find the premises and to park anywhere nearby. Signs on the door and in the window said "OPEN" but the door was locked and nobody answered when the door bell was rung (several times). I gave up after 10 minutes and they lost my custom.

use to buy all my plastic kits & paints here. now looks like its closing with all shelves empty. don't bother. new manager/CEO running the joint is unhelpful, knows nothing. disappointed. no wonder all the best staff left (

Nice selection of plastic kits. Mostly caters for model train collecters though

20min late to open! 8/3/18 ..Still nothing worth getting, all that IHC toy crud. A lot of old stock still and a lot of empty stock displays like woodlands scenics etc. Though I’d have a look after the move but nope will stick to the Auscision shop. Don’t waste your time.
