Very slow service. Been there twice for medicare card on 19 March and 20 March 2020. Was told we were second in queue. Had to wait for more than 90 minutes on both occasions. There are some staff who are really slow - especially the ones dealing with Medicare, the others seem to be working fine. Hey Medicare Officers, why are you so slow?
