Extremely rude and I witnessed the lady, who was at counter 5 on Feb 22 in the morning, was racist to brown skin. Not a single straight answer to my questions as well. This is ridiculous but the service is so much worse that I cursed myself and my friend for being there. Never going there and recommend the same to my friends. Please treat others the way you want to be treated. I could not rate below 1 and I would happily do that if I had the option. Thank you to all the good people who are doing their best though.

The wait times are rediculous. I understand staff need to have breaks but the amount of staff working does not cover serving the customers in a timely manner.
Really very irritating staff if they don’t have any knowledge then why they are working? Are they here for just wasting public’s time I’m trying to convert my international license in Australian but they are doing enquire from Victoria 2nd time. Last time it took more than 10 days I don’t now how much it takes more every single day we have to wait for an hour for our turn and still not get what we want.
Too busy being a Monday, but Onela tried her best to complete my ppv application for buses which took bit longer and thanked me for my patience. How nice of her...
Really friendly and helpful staff and very efficient.
Very very very slow service by service of tasmania. Please hire some more staff. Waiting time is more than 2 hours. There is no parking on street as well. What a common men can do. Please improve service thanks
My partner attended service tas Glenorchy to sit his driver's test. He paid money for an uber to be at the centre at 3:15 and was waiting for over an hour before a very rude lady came around at 4:20pm asking what all the people waiting were there for. When he stated he was there to sit his L's test to renew his L2's license, the lady told him that they were 'far too busy and to come back tomorrow' My partner left work over 2 hours early to be there, spent money to transport himself there to the centre to be turned away so rudely. If a centre is that busy that it cannot meet needs of their customers who have been waiting for over an hour, more staff need to be put on.
