The service experience at Service today is bipolar.The service staff at Counter 1 gave me a very bad experience. When she served others, she would smile, but when she arrived at us, her tone was very bad. I believe you can see it if there is a recording at the Counter or CCTV.And I was thinking, is it because we're Asian?Why do you speak to us so ferociously and with complete impatience?But when it comes to non-Asian faces, she had a nice attitude?The second time we were served at Counter 2. Jane was very nice and made us feel very comfortable.Both experiences were in service, but they were completely different.

Went to a car show very easy access and lifts and elevators
I always have good experiences form the service, But this time is so disappointed. Staff was giving a attitude while doing the paperwork also chatting with other stuff at same time. I can’t feel any respect from the staff during the service, no mention stuff was eating jellybeans While she processing my paperwork Seriously ?! Jellybeans ???????? Yes I’m talking about you Treacy .
Waiting in line was fast. The officers are also quite attentive towards the case. They are doing their job really good! :)

Excellent amalgamation of services at Service Tas. Get a number and then wait for quick service (I was there on a busy Friday afternoon and was still served quickly). Efficient, friendly service. Devonport Library also in the building makes for added convenience. I paid my rental bond, transferred driver’s license to Tas and got a library card all in the one place in about 20 minutes! Beautiful, thank you.
