Mobile service @ Howell oval testing officer's needs proper training. They are struggling to give directions to learners check out their maps till last sec before turning. Suppose to motivate learners, stop acting like a driving god. They are learners not professionals.

Usually really busy place when i come here. The staff are really helpful though and the space is usually tidy and clean. It would be great if there were more staff.
they have a great stuff so helpful. but unfortunately they have a Indian security guard they are rude and abusive they think still working in India and they have no respect and they can't speak proper English
Polite, efficient, knowlagble and friendly. If you have problems there, you're just hard to please.
Seriously I don't like to make complaints or judge about the service. I'm working in retail as well, I understand we might had a bad days or what. But this service centre is the most unacceptable branch I never had before. Staff are not well training, I had been the same branch to ask several question in different time. But every single time they were just telling me to google online or send enquiry email to this or that. Last time before I went it I had search on their website, they said only can perform in store. So I went in and had a long queue, and end up they can't get this done and ask me to send an email again. They just try to throw the problem here and there, I don't understand why they way they treat me are different. Seriously I hope this is not racist. Last week I went in for another help, they said they can't get it done on site and ask me to call the service hotline, so I show them what mention on the website. The staff put me thru on the phone, and I've been waiting on the line for more than 12mins only been serve. I don't want to make a scene, but this is my experience.
One particular staff member (Kaylie) went above and beyond what would be considered normal customer service, and actually showed empathy for my situation. On top of this, she followed through in what she said she was going to do and resolved my issue.

I've been here for over 30 minutes! For a simple bike rack licence plate collection.. Only 1/4 of the desks have staff and there are ample sitting here amongst me waiting... This is a joke!
