Dario the dd was rude from the get go and made me feel so uncomfortable. Arrogant and acted as if he was the boss in that centre. On my driving test he made me feel uncomfortable and was making sarcastic comments as I was driving. I already knew he was going to fail me because I read up on all the comments said about him on this page to not bother with him. I made sure to book at another location and passed on my second go at another service centre location with no issues. He needs to learn how to be empathetic towards L platers who are already so nervous trying to do their test. Not sure why he hasn't been spoken to yet given all the complaints he has gotten?
Went to renew my drivers licence today and found that even though they were very busy at 3pm, they were very helpful and their Customer Service was excellent. From the time I arrived there, everyone from Security at the door to the team at Customer Service, everyone working there gave me the impression that they were there to help and that I wasn't just a number.
The service there is good every thing has to be done properly and it does not take long to Fill up very good I think
Love the clients help and there friendly way of helping you to the site tions where you suppose to serve and affiliate with the co workers outstanding and excellent service keep it
I spent over 2 hours there, spoke to 2 different cashiers, neither had a clue how to resolve the problem, the third cashier asked the supervisor/manager they had a very complicated resolution, came home so annoyed rang 137788 actually spoke to someone that knew their job and was given a basic form issued by rta to resolve the issue, done and resolved by the next morning, if a cashier or manager don't know there is a basic form to fix this issue they should not be doing the job. At least the 3rd cashier I spoke to was honest enough to say she didn't know and asked her supervisor/manager who was as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and just made things more complicated, I am lodging a complaint.
I used to go there for 4 years and delivered somehow good service but today i was so upset with the lady who served us. I have a word to you working in such places and being front liners mean you as staff reflect the image of your workplace, you are working in one of the most important places so this doesn't mean you have the right to be rude and grumpy faced, be more proffessional i worked 15 years as a front liner and know how to leave my issues out of our workplaces and serve the people with smile and in welcoming attitude. Be proffessional and don't mess the image of the place you are working for.
