Very happy with Tamika’s service. Her level of knowledge on face products was outstanding. She really listened to what I was after and gave me a variation of options to consider. Tamika went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products and her bubbly personality on top of this made my experience that much more enjoyable. She is an asset to Sephora and I will definitely be back to the store.

Super friendly and helpful staff. A nice lady (wish I asked for her name now so I can do a shout out here) helped me when I wanted to try a blush platte, she cleaned the platte, and gave me hand sanitizer, mini sponges, tissue and some useful makeup tips. Perfect! Although I didn't buy it in the end, I know I'll be back to Sephora in the future :-)

I was served by a lovely young man named Nathan. He was polite and professional and helped me choose the right concealer. He also spoke highly of his work colleagues, which is always lovely. A genuinely beautiful man. All of the staff seemed happy and friendly. I'll be back.

I came in on Saturday afternoon, walked around the whole store as I was keen on buying a whole new range of makeup, tried different types of products on my hand being in the store for over 10 minutes. In this whole time there was several members of staff on. Not one staff member acknowledged me, smiled at me, nothing, no engagement to a customer what so ever. I would understand if the store was busy but it was empty, about 15 staff members on. Made me feel really unwelcome. So I walked out and went down to Mecca where I was greeted with a friendly face right away and great customer service. Happy to spend my 250.00 there, this may not be a lot of money for “Sephora” but on the Sunshine Coast we care about customer service and a lot of businesses would have appreciated to have this kind of sale. Especially in the state of this economy at the moment.

TASH TASH TASH!!!! Sephora you are extremely lucky to have this young lady working for you guy's. It makes a huge difference when visiting your shop and dealing with Tash. You should give her a pat on the back because she really is doing a wondefful job and i also have alot of allergies which she has done nothing but been supportive. Tash keep up the good work !!!!
