Sendai Karate has been wonderful for me and mine. Very family focused, the kids have a ball and a half whilst learning self-defensive skills and providing them confidence, self-assuredness and honour. My kids have sadly decided they want to try other things, but they hold Sensae Kurt, Jean and everyone there dear to their hearts and they'll hold the skills they've learned for years to come. Thank you everyone at Sendai, you've been wonderful!

Brilliant place to learn Karate. I started about 3 months ago and found everyone to be very friendly, welcoming and accommodating of beginners. It's great fun & great for fitness. I look forward to training hard and one day getting my black belt!

I have been training at Sendai Karate Club for over 16 years now, although I am an instructor, I was a student first (still am). The environment is welcoming, the instructors are not only knowledgeful but also kind and patient on their approach with students. There is no malice or aggressive behaviour from either students nor instructors. Highly recommend this Family orientated Karate academy.
