This is a fact of life that some employees are just not worthy of working for some companies, expectations of the level of service needed is often different between employee and employer. Security Guards Melbourne is an amazing and professional company. They conducted all appropriate checks, research and prepared all the legal documentation required to evict noncompliant tenants. The company, led by Grant Talbot communicated regularly with me about the processes and the stages involved in the eviction process. They demonstrated a friendly and understanding demeanor, taking responsibility of the whole eviction process. The tenant ignored and failed to respond to legal letters from lawyers and real estate agents. The tenant was two months in the rears of their rent and refused to pay any rental, while their business, a Chinese take away shop continued to operate from the premises. The tenant was offered a 50% waivered reduction in rent, but refused to negotiate. The tenant ignored all my correspondence and thought they had all the rights and that they were untouchable by all including the law/police. The last hope I had was “Security Guards Melbourne”. They got the job done! I highly recommend them to any potential clients. Security Guards Melbourne continue to follow up on the eviction and offer further assistance if required, even after the job was done. Thank you!
