Absolutely worst parking lot. Please don't ever park there!!! There are just way too many issues: 1) Their pay machine does not work. I have rung them everyday for the last 3 weeks and they haven't bothered to fix their machine. 2) Their phone payment system (PX-IVR) is nearly always faulty and completely failed to work on 13-March-2021. I also wasted \u003e30mins on hold to pay by phone. 3) Inconsistent pricing...It costs 4 by machine, 4.50 by app and 5.10 by website. 4) The parking lot is muddy, uneven and has gravel. 5) Their app payment system takes payment when you manually "slide to stop" at the end of the parking instead of taking it at the beginning. So you have no records of having paid in the meantime. And who knows what happens if you forget to slide to stop. 6) Their support staff are under-trained. They keep saying that there are gates when there are no gates. They also do not know how to handle issues, suggestions and feedback. To anyone who is reading this, there are plenty of cheap alternative parking places...Alderley Lane, 15 Scarborough St., etc. .
