Just great. Drama free experience.
I hired a delivery van to move from Melbourne to Ballarat. Fantastic, polite service, easy booking, not too expensive, and a great vehicle (Toyota HiAce) with heaps of safety features (blind spot detection, stay in lane tech, GPS that alerts of hazards), phone charging port and ability to connect phone bluetooth to audio. A great experience :)
Slightly snappy staff member on the front desk, and they forgot to tell me about the 500 bond. Put all of my details into the web booking, then had to give them all over the phone due to COVID, incl Credit Card & Lic (from the carpark), then had to give them ALL in person again 30 seconds later in the office. Could do with being less snappy, and maybe streamline their systems a little. The truck was fine.

The girls were great! Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Truck was fantastic and so was the equipment all at a great price. Made our move the easiest so far!
