We’d been having trouble with the lock on our front door for a few months now when it decided to stop working completely at 8pm on a Friday night! This is the only front door we have so without a lock, we were left vulnerable to intruders & thieves. Called a bunch of different places with no answer until we called Trevor! He was at our house within half an hour & fixed the problem instantly. He was absolutely delightful & also made us extra keys for our new lock on the spot. 100% would recommend.
