I've used other local beard brands over the journey, and Scruffy Fella products are by far the best quality from my experience. I was hesitant at first because it was slightly pricier by volume than what I was used to, but the balm and oils have gone A LOT further than anything else I've used. You don't need to use a lot at all. I work outdoors and I've found that the butters and oils have stood throughout the workday and after. The oils aren't "heavy" for lack of a better term, and massage in well. The scents are subtle and blend in easy with other daily products, unlike the majority of the market that I find really overpowering. The customer service is top class, which speaks volumes about the brand. Also, the other products like the candles are excellent too. Highly recommend you try it Neil

Intended to buy one thing for myself but my order grew as I saw heaps of other awesome things for my bearded one. Received my order within a few days and found some additional goodies inside. :) Love the smell of the tattoo butter! The tatt I rubbed some in to looked really richly coloured afterward. Love your branding too, as well as your products and service!
Supporting Aussie businesses this year for Christmas shopping was extremely important for me as 2020 has been a tough one to say the least. I stumbled upon Scruffy Fella when I was looking for beard oil for my husband and brother in law. The products I have received are absolutely amazing, and smell incredible. Scruffy Fella’s butters and oils are some of the most conditioning products out there, and coupled with the candles and melts they’re some of the best smelling too... if the scent of the bay rum wax melt was available in a butter or oil, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a life time supply! And If great products weren’t enough, Nigel provides a fantastic customer experience, always throwing in a couple of extras. I’m definitely going to keep coming back.

Fantastic buying experience for fantastic beard products. The oil and butter smell and feel amazing. So happy to find a beard butter without wax in it. Was very happy with the service, the product and the seller as he was easily accessible and eager to help if any assistance was needed. Will buy again and I am very pleased to buy from a Australian business.
Great product and excellent customer service. My partner received shampoo and conditioner from Scruffy Fella as a Christmas gift and loved them, especially the scent. I reordered recently and was impressed with every aspect of the service I received. The website is nice and easy to use, my order was dispatched the same day and when I received it today included several freebies, including a comb my partner loves already, a personalised note and a discount code. If the great product hadn't already convinced me, the customer service definitely has, will be shopping here again.
