Very easy you just pull up and get directed where to go. Make sure you remove all the lids off your plastic containers and they don't accept wine, spirits or milk bottles.

Fantastic crew. Their staff are mostly made up of Scouting youths which gives them an opportunity to work and interact with the public as part of their scouting journey; whilst getting paid! While the public get 10cents back, the Scout Organization gets some back to fund their operations and the wider scout movement. So it’s a win win for all!
Friendly staff, clean area and quick to sort out bottles and cans
I’ve been here few times because this place is close to me. Staff were always friendly, however, today was the second times they counted wrong. I always count how many containers before I go, so I know roughly how much I will get. It’s the second time they missed more than a hundred in total. Although after talking to the staff, they were happy to give me back the differences within these two times, I still feel tired of this issue. Will head to the other place next time.
Excellent customer service from the staff, will be going back.
Great to put recycling refunds back into Scouts in our community
These guys know what they are doing. A couple of bays to park up and sort your collection. They are tallied by a staff member and then out to the cashier on your way out. Couldn't be easier.
My first time here, so I was unsure how the system worked but staff were helpful, fast and uber efficient. For other newbies, it is a drive in service. Park in one of the assigned unloading bays then staet unpacking and drop your recyclables onto the large sorting tray/rack and be prepared to keep up as staff count fast.m!! Remember to remove caps from PET bottles, and bagging your cans is the easiest way to empty out quickly (not how I had done it, so this is good advice)! Once the count is completed you will get a piece of paper showing the 'count' of bottles, cans, etc. Jump, or slowly climb in my case, back into your car and stop off at the cashier counter which is just outside the main shed area on the rhs. Hand over your slip of paper, choose to either put it in your account (which you will need to have set up online via containers for change and follow the bouncing ball to set up your nominated account details and then receive a Customer ID number), receive cash, or assign to a charity (you will need their customer id details beforehand, e.g. Cancer Council etc). Then drive off and go about your business planning to collect more recycling for the next time!!
