The staff are nice but I am very disappointed I was never told about the early parenting program regading sleep, settling, feeding, play and development and becoming a parent despite having the home visit and the 8 week check. I only found out 14 weeks later when I called the Ngala hotline for help. I think this kind of support would have been most beneficial in the first month of parenting especially as a first time mum and when husband was stil on leave to be able to attend.. I know they are short staffed but I could have really benefited from early advice.I am finally booked in but im not sure how beneficial it will be since its for 0 - 3m and bub is now 3.5m.

Waited two and a half months to get an appointment only to be booked in on a public holiday. They even sent a reminder message which implied they would have staff working on the day. No other communication given to let us know they would be shut or to reschedule. How hard, not impressed at all
