I had never used a tax agent before, having always prided myself on being able to do my own tax return. But it was always a horrible experience. Always a burden. And with each passing year the weight of that burden grew. Finally, I could bear it no more. She kept me fully informed while managing the lodgement process for me, which have included older ‘paper copy’ lodgements. She worked extremely hard to achieve the time-frames I requested, offering enjoyable conversations and good humour (which were very comforting) in places where I’m sure many of her competitors would offer only objections and complaints.
