Very disappointed and frustrated with the service received. Bought Anthology tiles, which were the incorrect colour 3 times over. Just a warning to others to check every single box of tiles as soon as you receive them!! Yes, even if you have 50 boxes of them, on a pallet and they're all coded the same!! As lovely as they look, it wasn't worth all the stress, trouble, cost of loss of tradesman and lengthy wait.
Terrible service!!! Late by 7 days so far. Excuse after excuse . Offered a direct delivery to my home which also was another false promise. I understand the unforseen in business but honest communication is the key. Now I have a snowball effect of lost tradesman due to delay.
Good showroom. Very helpful friendly staff. Great range. Was able to take home several samples which helped a lot.
