Mark was fantastic. He arrived when he said he would, provided us with an accurate quote and completed the job within the agreed time frame and to a standard above I expected. He also left the job clean and tidy. His communication was fantastic, so much better than most of the other tradesmen I have previously used. Strongly recommend him to any and everyone.
WOW. Mark has been amazing! Not only has the quality of his work been outstanding, the price and time frame has been superb. Could not recommend him enough! As a mother of 3 very young kids, he has put up with there million questions and screaming background noise and has been a pleasure. Renovating on your own with kids could easily be a nightmare but with Mark in charge everything has run smoothly and I've caught the bug! He even helped me move heavy furniture around free of charge for my daughters 1st birthday! Also, in under an hour on a Saturday came to repair a stray nail that was through no fault of his own! He has now completed 4 jobs for me, with another 2 on the cards. He is always happy to help with the ideas and put a practical input in to save ME money! What builder does that?
Finally....a tradesman of quality, honesty and integrity. I have used the services of Mark and his team and am so impressed. Being a single Mum sometimes leaves you vulnerable to being taken advantage of when renovating by some tradesmen, NOT the case with Mark. His workmanship and service is beyond my expectations, (and I am not an easy customer to please. )I have renovated 11 homes, and can honestly say Mark is the man you want working for you. From all the single Mums out there, thank you thank you thank you!!
