There are lots of photography spots at San remo. Shooting in different conditions will give you different options. Shooting in fog looks great with the bridge disappearing in the distance. There are a few jetties to shoot as well. There is San Remo jetty, an old rustic jetty on Phillip island side, then there is a less known jetty ruin further up the beach.

Great spot to fish or walk along or just sit and relax. The currents are amazing to watch at the change of the tides. Sunsets are spectacular, as are the resident rays and pelicans. You might spot the occasional dolphin too.
My favorite place in Victoria, I don't know how someone could not fall in love with this beach. It's beautiful all year round. There is sting rays, seals, dolphins and pelicans. The view is wonderful. Be careful swimming here because the current can get dangerously strong, it is a beautiful beach but definitely not the safest. The tide can get extremely high and there is many strong rips close to shore. From experience, wear shoes when walking across the pier. It's made out of old and brittle wood, I've seen people get some nasty splinters.
Good place to watch some beautiful Pelicans and other birds.
I loved the cruise from here
