Great Family owned company to deal with , excellent products and choice
Poor customer service. We bought 6m sq of tiles and change our mind about the color a week later and decided to exchange it with another color from the shop that we liked. They haven't accepted our request because the tiles we bought were at the end of stock. It was a 500 purchase and I don't think it would have been a big miss for them to change the tile against another type but for us it was.
Good customer service by lovely and experienced staff. The range there are absolutely gorgeous. Prices are so good for such quality tiles. Strongly recommend everyone to shop there.
