Hello Samsung, today, I was at your Samsung stand at Lakeside Joondalup, WA. Your staff in general are just soo good and their customer service is tops, though today Mark was exceptional in every respect, his knowledge is right up there, and nothing was too much trouble. In a ‘nutshell’ he is one of the best, though without taking away from your other staff, all of my experiences have been very positive and it’s nice to leave as a happy customer. The service I received today at Samsung Joondalup was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark who assisted me with the purchase and set up of a new phone & tablet. He explained everything I asked and more, I was made to feel very comfortable..Mark made the purchase a very positive experience. I will definitely go back when I need further assistance.

visited the Joondalup store Sat 08/02 and they were super busy but was greeted and assigned place in queue soon after arrival and kept updated on how things were progressing, got served by Rachel who was so very helpful and answered every query I had , never felt rushed considering they were defs under the pump, best customer service ever 10/10 Must mention the lady greeting and logging in customers, sorry can"t remember her name, but she made everyone feel welcome and her constant updates were very re-assuring. Samsung, these staff members are a great credit to your company

Wow. What can I say, whoever the tall guy was I could kiss you. I lost the s pen from my galaxy note 8. I bought one on line and it didn't fit. So we went to Joondalup. He didn't look too hopeful but then he seen one at the bottom of the box. He put it in my phone and it was a perfect fit. How much do I owe you I asked. Don't worry about it he said, it's in the spare parts box. Legend.

The service at the Samsung kiosk is always 5 star. But today they have advised me that you are closing... this devastating to someone like myself who visits the store regularly. Please reconsider Samsung or at least relocate for the sake of the Northern Samsung Community and my own sanity.

We found Mark very patient and extremely helpful! He took the time to explain in detail how all the parts work and made us oldies have a new sense of appreciation for technology. We honestly can't think off a better representative for Samsung, or any company for that matter, than Mark. He truly has restored our faith in the retail experience!
