Worst Customer Service I have experienced in years! After 3 weeks they have no idea where the package is and they talk to you as is this is an inconvenience to them. No apologies, no sense of urgency and really no care.

I can not believe how rude the staff were and that they think it is acceptable to shout, swear and abusively talk to customers and tell then they are liars. Would never go back and would recommend that if you want a every a normal service let alone a good service and to be spoken to like a human being rather than be made to feel like a piece of S#% do not ever go there. I am only given then a 1 star because there is no option for no stars. TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE. I noticed others have put that they also encountered rude staff. These reviews are real and true and the store should do something about that member of staff. He should not be in a customer - front of house job if he can not treat people with basis respect and service.
