I absolutely love your garcon sausages and the Cumberland sausages! No chemicals, no preservatives, no junk filler… Nothing but divine pork, salt and pepper and herbs! Congratulations on serving us real food. I just love them as I don’t get itchy or get eczema. Thank you

I am a chef from Sydney who has been serving / glazing / eating hams for a long time and was fortunate enough to choose salt kitchen for my ham this Christmas . It was the best ham I have ever had ... fantastic flavor and exceptional texture ...
