We held our team building Christmas Event at Salt & Co and it was fantastic! Ryan and Anthony were exceptional and had us engaged and laughing the whole day long. Highly recommend the cooking class experience and the quality of the produce and food was outstanding. Thank you from the entire B Strata team. We'll be back! :)

Great experience for individual's, couples or group team building. Knowledgeable staff who guide you through the cooking process. Good range of classes on offer catering for all levels and tastes. We did the Vegetarian class and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Japanese izakaya class was great! Really hands on class and finishes with a feast of everything that's been cooked. Particularly liked the tataki and the agedashi tofu. Would definitely recommend the classes.
