They have a great range of products, just don't buy the pravana chromasilk vivids everlasting mystic magenta hair dye because it doesn't come out the colour it should, it's a very dissappointing product and not worth the 19.95 it costs and I wouldn't buy it again even if it was only 95cents

I never write bad reviews but By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I’ve shopped her a couple times over the years because it was close by. But it’s really not worth it. The staff really need to do a training course how to speak to people and how to identity customers needs. Never smile never friendly like your an inconvenience.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with this business. Purchased Babyliss shaver and wahl cape, received the almost two weeks later. They’re in Frankston I’m less than 15Kms away. This was shipped from the Frankston store. The Cape was shipped from Sydney Nearly 3weeks and have not received it. No communication from store. I had to call to follow up, only to be dismissed and told that it wasn’t their problem. There is no warning on the website that goods will be posted from multiple locations. I spent 300 and after paying 20 for shipping I expected a better service. Whilst we have to make exceptions for the postal delays, when you pay a high fee for postage and the promise is overnight, it’s not acceptable that the store does not make contact to inform about delays. Shame really, I’ve had great experiences with Barneys salon supplies, scissor tech and others. I thought I would give this guys a go given that they’re so close. I am sorry I did. Really bad customer service on the phone and not interested. Still don’t have the product I paid for. I would recommend to shop around, there are better suppliers out there.

As a beauty therapist I shop here quite often & I have always found the items I need for my business at a reasonable price & the staff are always lovely & helpful. Plus I love that they have trade incentive cards which give you off after a certain amount is spent. Definitely recommend
